The Prague Congress Center is adjacent to the Vyšehrad station on Link C of the Prague underground railway network, providing convenient access by public transport from the city’s airport and all major rail and bus stations.

Registration
The Registration desk is located on the Ground floor of the Prague Congress Center at entrance number 2 and 3.
Please note entrance 3 is the one dedicated to pre-registered participants. All registered delegates will receive a separate email with unique QR code by Friday September 29,2023. You will be asked to scan this QR code at a dedicated kiosk when you first arrive to the venue. Scanning the QR code will enable you to pick up your congress badge and other materials.
Entrance number 2 should be used by participants, that:
- Are yet to pay their registration
- Will register on-site
- Have any kind of queries/issues with their registration
- Are coming as Invited Guests and do not have QR code
All delegates will receive a complimentary ticket for public transport at the badge pick-up. The ticket will be valid from 2 to 6 October 2023 for an unlimited number of journeys.

Delegates who have not yet settled the registration fee in full will be asked to pay the amount due.
The registration desk accepts Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) or cash (EUR only).
Accompanying persons badge can be only picked up together with the delegate badge that it is associated.
Please note that badges need to be always worn at the venue and related social events during this Congress.
If you lose your badge, please contact the registration desk at Queries. Kindly note that the emission of a new badge is charged with a 10 EUR fee. It will not be possible to enter the Congress without a valid badge.

All participants are asked to bring their congress badge to the dinner, as it will serve as a ticket.

Guided tours
The meeting point for the guided tours is 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time at the entrance 10. Please follow the venue signage to the departure meeting point.
All delegates signed up for guided tours will receive a separate email with more information.
Should you not register for a guided tour and still want to attend some during your stay, please refer to the Info Desk located on the ground floor.
Accompanying person tour
The meeting point for the accompanying person tour is 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time at the entrance 10. Please follow the venue signage to the departure meeting point.
All accompanying persons signed up for the guided tours will receive a separate email with detailed information regarding their tour. Please note these instructions will be provided to the email address of the delegate whose registration is associated with the accompanying person.
Technical visits
The meeting point for the technical visits is 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time at the entrance 10.
All delegates signed up for one of the technical visits will receive a separate email with more information.
Each delegate is only eligible for attending one technical visit.
Should you not register for a technical visit and still want to attend some during your stay, please refer to the Registration desk located on the ground floor.
Should you wish to cancel your reserved seat for selected Technical Visit please do so by logging-in to the JotForm you used for the reservation and cancel. We would appreciate you doing so, as it will enable us to offer your place to other interested participants.

Speakers’ Preview Room
All presentations must be handed over to the Speaker’s Preview Room (Room 2.1. located on the second floor) no later than two hours before the beginning of the corresponding session. Presentations will be automatically available in the corresponding lecture rooms.

Certificate of Attendance
All registered delegates present on-site are entitled to receive a Certificate of Attendance. The certificate can be downloaded from the Online Portal after the Congress.
Coffee Breaks
Coffee breaks are provided during the main Congress days to all registered delegates and all registered accompanying persons.

Lunches
Delegates could purchase lunches separately in the registration form. If you are yet to purchase your lunch, please note that lunches will be available for purchase at the venue based on the current capacity (first come first served). It will also be possible to purchase meals at cash bars at each floor.

Parking
Participants arriving by car are advised to use the underground parking available. Please note parking fees are not included in the registration fee and outside parking area is dedicated to outside exhibition and therefore closed for parking.
